We offer a mentoring scheme for our staff to progress and develop within the company. Recently both Jason Bennett and Sam Millhouse have been partnered up with a Breheny Mentor to complete the scheme. We wouldn’t be able to offer this scheme if it wasn’t for our hard working and knowledgeable staff who give up their time to be mentors, so thank you!
We offer two mentor schemes, one for a Sub Agent to progress into a Site Agent role and the other aimed at an Operative to progress into a General Foreman position. Both schemes allow each member of staff to also obtain a formal qualification, either an NVQ or ILM Level 3.

Martin Jeffs, now General Foreman recently completed his ILM Level 3 Course whilst on the mentor scheme, he received his certificate last week from Dave Goreham, Regional Contracts Director.
