John has a personal interest in the environmental performance of the Company; actively getting involved with identifying and researching potential ways for improvement. He was instrumental in our successful ISO 14001 accreditation and continues to oversee and monitor our environmental objectives and targets.

Trevor epitomizes the company objectives of providing clients with workmanship and quality of service and a safety record that we can be proud of, instilling this ethos throughout our workforce. To meet these objectives he has instigated a number of training and career development opportunities for staff at all levels. Shortly after his appointment to Managing Director, in 2009, Trevor implemented new systems for Site Document Management and Control which ensures that real-time information is available to clients at all stages of a project.

Pre-Contracts Director

Since his promotion in 2012, to Pre-Contracts Director, Simon has successfully integrated our estimating, business development, and marketing departments into one collaboratively working Pre-Contracts unit, ensuring that the particular needs and goals for our clients are catered for. He has overseen the implementation of new pricing software which has improved the efficiency of our estimating department and plays an active role in the development of client focused bid submissions.

Commercial Director

Andrew has an astute aptitude for commercial management and for building positive client relationships. This has seen him progress within the Company to his current role as Commercial Director. Since his appointment as Commercial Director, in 2009, he has developed the department and integrated it into the practical construction of projects providing support and real-time information to both the construction teams and clients. He continually provides a hands-on approach to the training and development of junior and graduate Quantity Surveyors.

Construction Director

All of the current success in the South East can be attributed to Mark, who in 2000 was given responsibility for managing and growing our newly opened office in Kent. In 2011, following the successful growth of this office and the excellent reputation established with clients, Mark was promoted to Construction Director, with responsibility for the performance of all the Company’s construction teams and projects. He ensures that all projects meet or exceed the client’s expectations and that our high standards of Health and Safety are not compromised. This is demonstrated by our construction department achieving consecutive gold RoSPA awards for the company.
