Our contract with Countryside was for the design and construction of the roads and infrastructure to facilitate the development. Our works were delivered in three distinct phases and to rigid time scales and budgetary constraints.
Our works were made challenging by imposed cost caps and the Client’s delivery dates. This left little room for error in the construction sequences and methods during the construction period. This pressure was alleviated to some extent through our value engineering solutions which provided both programme and financial benefits to all parties.
The quality of our work, together with our methods of working on this project has now been adopted by Countryside to benchmark their future construction works.
